Attorney-at-law Petar Ćubela began gaining his experience in 2007. After five years of practice, he established his own law firm that provides a wide range of legal services, with an emphasis on real estate, dispute settlement, recovery of claims, civil and commercial law.
The services of the Ćubela law firm are used by clients of all profiles – from natural persons and small entrepreneurs to large business systems, both in Croatia and abroad. In our work, we cooperate with professionals in all necessary fields: attorneys-at-law, experts, notaries, interpreters, advisers, accountants and architects. We provide legal counseling services, as well as legal supervision of the entire process or transaction for which the client has requested legal assistance. We provide counseling orally or in writing, in the form of a written legal opinion related to the situation in regard to which the client is seeking help, including obtaining the opinion of competent authorities.
We represent clients in all proceedings before municipal, county, commercial, administrative and misdemeanor courts, as well as before public authorities or other entities, depending on the clients’ needs. We also represent clients before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, as well as the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
We draw up contracts, agreements, wills, statements, and all other written forms of legal transactions for clients, as well as other legal acts for companies and other entities that are obliged to prepare them (regulations, decisions and more).
