Basis and purpose of personal data processing: The data controller, as a lawyer, processes the data for the purpose of answering the inquiry, the basis of which arises from the contractual relationship or actions that precede it. 

 Data type: first name, last name, ID number, address, email address, mobile phone number, IBAN; we ask the respondents to submit only the necessary personal data required to answer the inquiry. 

Who will have access to personal data: In order to fulfill the purpose for which the data was provided, the data controller will deliver the relevant data to third parties, namely to public or judicial authorities or authorized court experts or their authorized representatives. The data that the lawyer processes for the purpose of providing representation is also protected by attorney’s secrecy.  Personal data is stored for up to 10 years. in accordance with the Law on Advocacy. 

 Your rights related to the protection of personal data:

As a data subject, you have the right to submit a request to the data controller requesting access to personal data and their correction, erasure of personal data as well as restriction of their processing and the right to object to the processing of your data, data transfer, all in accordance with the applicable regulations governing protection personal data.

In the event that your complaint, related to the processing of personal data, is not accepted by the data controller or you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the right to submit a request for the determination of a violation of rights to the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data.
